European Aviation Academy, leader, in terms of quality, as a training provider of type rating courses, is authorised under its own certificate to provide courses for Airbus A320 & B737.
We vaunt a percentage of 100% of successful assessment with Airlines for our students, upon completion of the Type Rating. This represents for us, a confirmation of the excellent work that our TRI instructors carry out, sharing experience and professionalism ,that is unparalleled.
The course is carried out in three or four phases: Self Study, Ground School, Simulator Training and Base Training or ZFTT if necessary
Our training program will allow the student to be ready to begin line operations. EAA in fact, takes great care to make training particularly useful for operational purposes, that’s why we are able to provide customised type rating training according to the airline SOP.
Before starting the theoretical course in the classroom, it is required to complete a course on a CBT / WBT platform for a total of 80 hours
Thanks to this phase you will begin to learn about the aircraft systems, which will then be studied in depth with a qualified instructor in the next phase
In the classroom the systems of the plane will be studied in depth, therefore it will be possible to deepen each topic with the help of manuals such as FCOM, QRH, FCTM and checklists.
Various exercises will take place with flight plans and performances, and the use of the FMS / FMGS will start to be learned
With a TRI (Type Rating Instructor) 32 hours of training will be performed on an FFS (Full Fight Simulator) as well as 4 hours of check with an Authorised TRE (Type Rating Examiner)
In order to obtain the type rating (Type Rating) the EASA requires 6 or 4 touch and go, based on the candidate’s experience.
We will organise, when requested, this last step to obtain the Type Rating, with one of our partner airlines.
